Mark teaches all Handicap Scuba Association scuba diving in Key Largo, Florida, hosted by Mr. Tom Daily of Bluwave Adventure.  Mark has always believed challenges are about changes, in how we view ourselves, each other, and the world around us.  Challenges are about believing in new directions and embarking on them with a sense of excitement and adventure. Whether you’re a Scuba Diving Instructor, a person with a disability, or a diver seeking the personal enrichment of learning how to dive with a handicap partner; discover the changes available for you in working with the disabled. One of Mark’s family members was born with a disability and has dedicated his diving career in helping others.

Mark is a Native of Michigan; a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, Michigan, Ohio and is an Air Force veteran.  Mark is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, #41317, and holds the following specialties: AWARE Coral Reef Conservation Specialty, Boat, Drift, Wreck and Night diving instructor; Project Aware and Peak Performance Buoyancy Instructor; and holds a PADI Distinctive specialty, Buddy Diver.  Mark is also an Open Water Scuba Diving International (SDI) #5280 Instructor and holds the following specialties with SDI: Scubility, Marine EcoSystems Awareness, Boat, Night-Limited Visibility, Drift, Wreck and Advanced Buoyancy Instructor.  Mark is additionally a Scuba Schools International (SSI) Advanced Open Water Instructor, #3327, holds a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration and certified as a Project/Program Manager.
